Your love is like a treasure in my heart
That puts perspective back into the world
To love you is a kind of perfect art
Around which all the other arts are curled.
And so I pass each sacred loving day
Beside you in a state of constant bliss
And though perhaps there is a price to pay
It's nothing like your priceless, perfect kiss.
So I love you and you say you love me
And hand in hand we walk the road of life
Together as we greet eternity
Forever blessed, forever man and wife.
So here's a sonnet plucked out of my soul,
That's written for the one that makes whole.
